Returns

An item may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 30 days of the receipt that is emailed out.  The item must be in the original unused condition as originally shipped to the customer (unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags) and in original packaging.  Failure to follow this policy will void the return eligibility. The customer pays return shipping and shipping is non-refundable. All returns can be sent to the return address on your shipment, address on the insert card, or the address below.  

If you are shipping a package valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.  We are not liable for return items in transit. Urbanity is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once delivered. 

Please include the name you used when you placed the order and your refund will go to the card you used when placing your order. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds take up to 5-10 business days to hit your account.  If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the card that was shipped with your items.  

Every effort is made to insure our product comes to you in great condition.  If you receive a DAMAGED item or there is a mistake on our part, you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees. Please accept our sincere apologies.  

Any item discounted 30% or more will not be eligible for return.
